Behind the scenes, Chef Jimmy Perides a 4 year culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales University has much experience in the kitchen. He has been mentored by both Master Chef Nino D'Urso of Capriccio Restaurant in Providence RI and Chef "Molto Mario" Batali were he learned the art of fresh pasta making at Babbo in NYC.
Jimmy has been working at Biagios for over 15 years, and he has cooked abroad in Asiago Italy under Chef Ricardo @ Tre Fonti his local Restaurant.
Jimmy enjoys exploring the World of Wine, traveling and touring some of the best wineries in Italy , France, Argentina, California and Oregon.
